They are also used wherever explosive gases and vapours accumulate in confined spaces, such as in the petrochemicals, aviation, marine and water treatment industries. The torches have been BASEEFA certified to the latest ATEX standards, and provide a product range that complies with the most stringent safety requirements in any Zone 1 or 2 Hazardous Area. With ingress protection to IP67, these ergonomically designed torches were brought to market at a lower cost than the products they replaced.
